All of our staff are fully trained & DBS checked to ensure we can give you the highest quality care- whether it’s for just an hour or 24-hour care.
We were founded in 2018 when Idowu Olubunmi (Joyce), noticed a need to share her knowledge of the health and social sectors, as well as her enthusiasm for assisting the elderly and those with disabilities. Our services encompass a wide range of care options, from short-term to long-term. We strive to give you focused, dependable, and responsive attention and assistance. Our top priority is to deliver a high-quality, innovative, and comprehensive service. While caring for you, we put you and your loved one first, acting with honesty, fairness, and integrity.
Joyce Olubunmi
Director / Registered Manager
Our company’s director Joyce Olubunmi has more than four (4) decades of experience working in the health and social care sector, and she has a long list of accomplishments as a career health worker. Her expertise includes providing Supported Living and Home Care services across a broad spectrum of clients both within the NHS and with Private Care Providers.
One of her greatest motivations is to provide individualised care in every situation, despite of the difficulties that each situation may present.
She is extremely focused on ensuring that our employees have been properly trained and empowered to provide the greatest quality of service possible in order to satisfy our clients’ highest expectations. Joyce manages a robust employee training programme at Citywide Care, which helps ensure that the team is effective in carrying out its responsibilities on the ground.
During the next three (3) to five (5) years, Citywide Care has set a very high growth goal for itself, which will see the company providing a comprehensive range of services to customers, including live-in care service provided in client’s own homes, allowing them to remain in their homes and live independently. Among the additional services are:
- Companionship
- Respite Care is available.
- Support During the Night Care that is difficult to manage
- In-Home Care and Support
Apart from that, Citywide Care is embarking on providing Supported living services to adults aged 18 years and up to 65 years, who might have conditions such as autism, learning difficulties, physical disability and mental health needs, caring and supporting them in supported accommodation or semi-independent housing.

Our Care Management team provides support to you, your family, and your Carer. The Care management team will respond to queries to emergencies in a fast and efficient manner, putting forward our mantra ‘ Quality Bespoke Care’. A quality they have invested in the Carers they led.
